Who we are
Timetable and Timetable Builder are made by Harry Lucas in the United Kingdom. Unlock keys are sold through Stripe's Link, which acts as the seller (the "merchant of record") for each payment and handles payment, tax and payment disputes. What you're buying
- A one-off unlock key for the Timetable app on Garmin watches, for the price shown on the website when you pay.
- Each key works on one watch only: the one whose Watch ID you entered when you paid. It lasts for good. There's no subscription.
- Making and changing your timetable code on the website is always free.
- The app works free for 3 days before it needs a key, so you can check it works on your watch first.
Your key
- Your key is shown straight after payment. If you lose it, use "Lost your key?" on the website with your Watch ID and the email you paid with.
- If you get a new watch, or your Watch ID changes, email us with your old and new Watch IDs and we'll send a new key for free.
- Please don't share or publish keys. A key only works on the watch it was made for.
Cancelling and refunds
- Because the key is digital and delivered straight away, you agree when you pay to get it immediately, which means the usual 14-day right to cancel doesn't apply once you've received it.
- That doesn't affect your legal rights if something is faulty. If the app doesn't work on your watch, email us within 14 days of paying with your Watch ID and we'll refund you in full.
- Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe and Link. The price shown includes any VAT or sales tax. We never see or store your card details. For questions about a charge, you can also contact Link through the receipt you were emailed.
The app
Timetable is a small app made by one person. We try hard to keep it working, but we can't promise it will never have bugs, or that it will keep working if Garmin changes their watches or software. Always check your real school timetable if you're unsure. Garmin and Connect IQ are trademarks of Garmin Ltd., which isn't connected with this app.
