Short version: we collect as little as possible, and we don't store anything ourselves.
Your timetable
What you type into Timetable Builder (subjects, rooms and times) stays in your own browser. It's saved there so you don't lose your work, and it's never sent to us. You can clear it at any time by clearing this website's data in your browser.
Please only type subjects and rooms. Don't put names of teachers, students or your school into your timetable.
When you buy an unlock key
- Payment happens on Stripe's secure checkout, with Stripe's Link acting as the seller. Stripe and Link collect what they need to take payment and handle tax (such as your email address, card details and country) under Stripe's privacy policy.
- Your Watch ID is saved with your payment in Stripe, so we can show your key again if you lose it, and help with refunds. A Watch ID is a random code made by the app. It isn't your watch's serial number and doesn't identify you.
- Our server doesn't keep a database. It only works out your key from your Watch ID when you ask for it.
- We only look at payment records to answer your emails, handle refunds or meet legal and tax rules.
Hosting
This website and our server run on Cloudflare, which processes basic technical information (such as your IP address) to deliver pages and keep them secure. We don't use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing harrysgarminapps@gmail.com. Some payment records must be kept for tax reasons. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can contact the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
